Welcome to Threshold Experiential Therapy

A cooperatively-owned psychotherapy practice in Western Massachusetts for adults seeking transformational healing.

Ready to move beyond talk therapy?

Step across the threshold with us—from who you’ve been to who you might become.

Our approach

Threshold Experiential Therapy is a worker-owned cooperative of licensed therapists united by a commitment to healing the heart, mind and spirit. Our skilled and compassionate clinicians will guide you in exploring the root of what hurts, allowing you to break through old patterns and experience the transformative power of reconnecting with your true self.

Our offerings

Each of us brings unique expertise while holding a shared vision of therapy as a collaborative, transformative journey.

  • AEDP is a gentle, emotion-focused therapy that helps you heal through the support of the therapeutic relationship. From this anchor of warmth and safety, you will be invited to process deep emotions, release old pain, and discover your natural capacity for joy and resilience.

Interested? Explore AEDP with Jeremy and Jamie.

  • EMDR uses guided eye movements to help your brain process difficult memories and reduce their emotional intensity. You will gently reprocess the past so it no longer holds you back in the present.

    Interested? Explore EMDR with Kelly.

  • IFS is a powerful way of exploring your inner world by meeting and healing the different ‘parts’ of you. You will get to know these parts with curiosity and compassion so they can work together in harmony.

    Interested? Explore IFS with Jamie.

  • Hakomi is a mindful, body-centered therapy that uncovers hidden patterns stored in your body and mind. You will gently explore what’s underneath old habits and create space for insight and transformation.

Interested? Explore Hakomi with Ryan or Jeremy.

  • KAP combines the medicine of ketamine with psychotherapy to open new perspectives and deepen healing. You will be safely guided through your journey, accessing deeper awareness and accelerating emotional growth.

Interested? Explore KAP with Jamie or Kelly.

What is experiential therapy?

Experiential therapy invites you to step beyond words and into direct experience — crossing a threshold into the heart of the memories, beliefs, and feelings that shape your life. Here, healing is not just something you talk about, but something you sense in your body, grasp in your mind, and awaken in your heart. By engaging your emotions, sensations, and imagination, you open space for breakthroughs that transform outgrown ways of thinking and relating into new ways of being. Our experiential therapists are ready to journey with you across the threshold from stuckness and stagnation to vitality and possibility.
