Psychotherapist, Co-Founder of Threshold Experiential Therapy
About Me
I believe deep theraputic work is learning how to come home to ourselves. When we know who we are we move from a place of authenticity. This is represented in how we show up in our relationships with partners, family, friends, our work, and beyond. Trauma causes a disruption in our ability to relate to ourselves and those around us. It lives in the body and emotions, impacting how we interpret the world and our place in it. My work is to help you listen to your inner wisdom in order to feel empowered to make choices in your life that will lead to lasting change.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals who are ready to address how experiences of trauma or loss have created patterns that impact daily functioning. If symptoms like chronic anxiety, depression, isolation or a deep feeling of disconnect are preventing you from living a fully engaged life, I provide a safe, focused space for you to move towards healing.
Clients who have some previous experience in therapeutic work, and have capacity for self-reflection are best suited for the type of work I offer.
My Approach
I work with people using researched, evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, Progressive Counting (PC) and the Flash technique that allow people to re-process traumatic events so they can live an enriched and rewarding life. Together we create a safe space and build on your internal resources using parts work informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems), somatically informed techniques that work with the body, and creative interventions that help you integrate the work you’ve done. These tools ensure you have the right support to safely process traumatic memories, move beyond the pain of the past, and step into a more empowered way of being.
My approach often utilizes the intensive retreat model where we dedicate longer sessions to allow your system to settle in deeply and get more work done than in traditional weekly therapy. This concentrated time is what makes the work so efficient, often leading to significant breakthroughs and insights in a short period.
For appropriate clients, we may also integrate Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to accelerate insight and deepen the processing of material.

Individual Psychotherapy
90-minute sessions online or in person in Shelburne Falls, MA
In these experiential sessions we’ll utilize a combination of trauma processing (EMDR, PC, Flash) with informed somatic practices and parts work (IFS) . Because these sessions can go deeper and take more investment than the traditional 50 min therapy hour, clients often choose to work bi-weekly or monthly.
Rate: $255 for 90 minutes.
$170 per hour
-

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a powerful modality utilizing the medicine of ketamine. Ketamine can be used at psycholytic doses (meaning a dose low enough to engage in therapy work) or at higher, psychedelic doses for deeper journeying.
Clients must be medically cleared through an evaluation with Threshold’s prescribing clinician.
Rate: $600 for a three hour KAP session (does not include the medical evaluation and cost of medicine)
-

Psychotherapy Intensives
Intensives are an opportunity to dive deeply into the root of your suffering and break through long standing patterns of what holds you back from the life you want to live.
Intensives can be as short as a three hours on a single day or as long as six hours a day for four days in a row. If medically eligible, intensives can include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Rate: To be determined based on the structure of the intensive.
